SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies for the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it is alarmed with regard to the higher variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office devoted to service the area regularly. The company issue made for intervention activities a substantial influx of possible beneficiaries, that makes it tricky for that office to attend to all people who sassa status go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to permit the servicing of all clients and maximize use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
